It's impossible to criticise this beautiful haven. Everything makes you smile, partly because the staff spend all there time smiling. The room was as described by others but we loved it and the bed was hugh and comfortable. I think the cleaner came in 4 times a day, where else could you get that? The bar staff remembered you and were very attentive. Occasionally the red wine wasn't great but all the cocktails were lovely. The best part was the snorkelling, loads to turtles, sharks and every colour and size of fish. Ok, a lot of the coral has died, but there is plenty of live coral and the fish life is thriving and vibrant. A big thank you to the chefs. Nowhere else has staff who take such obvious pride in their work and rightly so. It was a pleasure to walk through the door to their welcome smiles. The food is of a very high standard, varied and delicious. Jacob the Kuoni rep gave us the best and most relaxed introduction to the resort. Hope his toothache is better now! Best place we have ever been to? Well it's up there and we have been to some fantastic much more expensive places. Will be looking to return.

I shall definitely be returning you have stolen my heart. The rep Jacob you are amazing to, very friendly helpful funny chatty lad ! Couldn’t ask for a better rep. This island is worth a visit, you will always have a place in our hearts. Also my little boys birthday when we was over there and done him a birthday cake, handmade him a toy, done something in the room and we paid to have a special meal on the beach. The weather was on pour side to had 1 day of rain the rest was glorious.

Just returned from a 2 week holiday to Biyadhoo with Kuoni. Really enjoyed our time there. Scuba diving every day on the house reef or from the boat. The diving is very good, lots to see. Some fantastic snorkelling on the house reef as well, plenty of reef sharks cruising around. The snorkelling trip with the watersports guy is also well worth it. Would recommend the hotel's dolphin watching trip, we watched a pod of several hundred dolphins for well over an hour. I would also like to recommend the spa ...we had several of the treatments and they were all good. Very professional staff and a relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant staff and chefs deserve a mention for the delicious food and excellent service. All the hotel staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. As others have said the rooms are a bit tired but are kept spotlessly clean. I can highly recommend this island if you want to be well looked after and have an authentic Maldives experience.

What a wonderful holiday location, great beaches fantastic diving and snorkelling. The house reef is awesome. Yes the rooms are a bit dated but it has air con, a good shower very comfortable bed that's all you want! The buffet was excellent, my wife is gluten free and at each mealtime the kitchen cooked a special meal for her we could not fault the food, the staff were excellent and could not do enough for you. Truly a great experience cannot recommend the resort enough.

Spent 2 weeks here was just perfect, the views of the beaches were amazing, snorkling was fantastic the best I have seen in the Maldives, the swim along the sheer drop off is beautiful so many fish & visibility was so good you could watch the divers on the sea bed.food & drink was good, this is a cheaper island to stay on but is well worth it the best island I have enjoyed out of six islands.a one hour speedboat from the airport.well worth a visit, bedrooms were nice.

Just visited Biyadhoo Island Resort in last week. It was our family outing. We stayed 5 Days/4 nights. Island is amazing & lush green. Resort is old but well maintained. Rooms are neat & clean. We stayed in East side block. We reached Island morning 10am. It was approx 30 min journey from Airport. We got room immediately. Check in was fast. We were taken all inclusive package which includes food & drinks. Food was some what monotonous all days. No much variety in breakfast, lunch, dinner. Also cocktails have limited choice. But its good to see Indian Chapati & vg curry everyday. We were offered free snorkelling & sunset fishing excursion by Resort. We enjoyed lot. Island has good house reef with abundant fish variety. We enjoyed canoeing & snorkelling in house reef. Over all it was nice experience at Biyadhoo resort & we will love to visit again.

Wow ! What a stunning island. Simply beautiful. The accommodation isn't 5 star by any means but the big , clean rooms with comfortable beds. If you spend more time in your room then you shouldn't be in the Maldives. The food was really tasty with lots of options. All the staff we polite and willing to help at any opportunity would do anything for you. Snorkeling was out of this world.

We had a lovely week on the island. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room had a nice balcony overlooking the beach. The bed was comfortable and there was air conditioning in our room. We loved the diving, Andrea and her team were great. We also liked that we could dive the house reef unguided. Food in the restaurant was buffet style and good, the chef was there to greet us every meal. I particularly loved the hammocks under the trees along the beach. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday

What people are saying about Mystical Maldives

We are extremely satisfied with our stay in the Maldives on a beautiful small Island with a beach, in bungalows over the water. My family enjoyed the water activities. The calm scenery of the seaside was very relaxing. Our trip was perfectly arranged by Mystical Maldives. It’s the best travel experience we’ve had so far.

Radu M

We had the best time here in the Maldives as part of a three-week trip around Asia. The island is amazing and beautiful with crystal clear waters and wonderful sea life. Our agent from Mystical Maldives was very accommodating and gave us the best hotel choice. To sum up, it’s a very lovely vacation.

Simon W Smith

It was a very remarkable vacation we had in Angaga. My husband and I were able to spend our one-week honeymoon on a perfect Maldivian island. It would not be possible if it wasn’t for Mystical Maldives who helped us arrange this unforgettable experience. Thank you so much.
